There are currently 10 different Shitty City Upgrades. Each Upgrade costs and and has certain requirements.
The Basic Upgrade requires 26 Shitizens (Shitty Kitties or Collab ) and 9 Shitty City Blocks in the city.
The other 9 Shitty City Upgrades are all themed and require specific Shitty Kitty traits and Shitty City Blocks to Upgrade.
For example, the Arctic Upgrade requires a winter/snow-themed Shitty City Block and a Shitty Kitty with mittens, a beanie, etc.
You can Upgrade your Shitty City as many times as you'd like to as long as you pay the costs and meet the requirements.
Later, each Upgrade will gain specific benefits based on its theme.
